Hannah and Machelle at the front desk on second shift was a "Dream Team". Thier professional attitude towards all of my needs was right on point. From towels, places in the area to eat and their attention to cleanliness of the hotel was perfect. If there was no one at the desk checking in or out, they were wiping down counters or lamps but always something Trisha on first shift was the example of what you want for the face of the hotel. Her whole demeanor was professionalism. She is a huge asset to you and to your guests. You to be quite frank, during our other stays at this hotel I loved the morning front desk manager. Her name escapes me right now but we really missed her this trip. That being said the new manager, Dorian was exceptional. Anything we asked of her or needed she was right there with the answer. Great dealing with a staff that knows their stuff and their surroundings

The food was more than ample and of good quality & variety. The room was bright and of more than sufficient size. The staff was very attentive maintaining the equipment and assuring ample food and sufficient variety. We were even asked if we had everything we needed. The toiletries provided in the room were of excellent quality and in more than ample quantities. The condition of the building was excellent.

Peggy, the breakfast coordinator, was excellent. I had to wait for other family members and stayed in the breakfast area for several hours. I observed Peggy checking in on all the guests to ensure they had whatever they needed to enjoy their meal. When she wasn't doing that, she was cleaning. Everything was fresh, delicious, and clean. It was so refreshing to see someone with a great work ethic!!

The front desk person was super helpful when we had trouble logging on to the Wifi, and when the refrigerator was squealing - she upgraded us to a different room, which solved both problems! The bed was super comfortable, and the room was clean. Breakfast was very good, convenient and very much appreciated - loved the pancake maker!

The hotel was nice and clean. Nice interiors. The rooms were spacious. Comfortable beds. The room had a microwave and a mini-fridge. There was a table for working and eating dinner/lunch. Breakfast was good. Had eggs, waffles, yogurt, various breads, and cinnamon rolls. The staff was friendly and helpful.
